I wish that people knew that I like new friends and that I like reading. I also wish they knew that I am bad at math

and that I don't

want to be based on the stereotype

of my school.

What do you wish people knew about you before you came here?

I wish people knew that

I was someone who was smart and both very funny. Thus, people would know what to expect from me and see if they like me.

That I was.. well... short. And that I liked making friends. And I would make a good friend.

I also wish the kids who weren't in the center program knew that we weren't all thinking that we were better than them, and we could be able to build better relationships with them.

I like reading and writing. Most people will look at me and think "MATH AND SCIENCE PERSON!" (I don't know why.) Maybe we could have each person have a post it or paper with 3 things about themselves in the sneak peek.

Teacher Tip:

We have two opportunities to come to Fox Chapel the week before school starts.

  • The first is at night time.  Parents meet and talk about the program while students meet other and learn where to go at Fox Chapel.

  • The second is a sneek peek in the afternoon.  You may visit your classroom, meet your teachers, and talk informally with some of the new students in your class.

The first week of school has many great get to know you activities.  Share some facts about yourself and learn some facts about others.
